同朋友來到佐敦以精緻打卡為主題的樓上火鍋店,店舖的裝修是以懷舊塑造出昔日香江特色,店舖設有不少的打卡位置,例如點餐紙仿月曆牆、老式電話、人力車、小食檔等都係打卡熱點,座位大多以卡位為主,非常寬闊坐得夠晒舒適。👭🥢✨📸✨ 火鍋醬料吧($25/位),超過20款的醬料,除咗常見的醬料外,還有花生粒、潮州辣椒醬、芝麻等選擇,真是可以配出合適自己口味。✨ 秘製花雕豬肚鍋($168),有着濃郁的藥膳味,配料包括了豬肚、枝竹、紅棗、杞子、桂圓和川芎等,熬出濃郁又溫潤的湯頭。喝起來有回甘的香,再帶有淡淡酒香,打邊爐前喝兩碗滋補湯底,暖胃又養顏。🐖🍲店員之後會加入菜湯,就正式進入打邊爐的序幕了。🥬🍲✨ 花滿園($238),因朋友唔食牛,就叫咗這款豬肉片拼羊肉片的配搭,豬肉片捲成一個玫瑰花朵,非常吸睛,每一片的肉質軟嫩細滑。羊肉片涮一陣就可以食得,入口即化。🐖🐑✨ 北海道帶子片($78),切得極薄,但依然保持彈牙口感,涮過湯底後更顯鮮香甜滑。✨ 炸芋頭($48),舖頭即叫即炸,食前輕輕浸在湯底一陣,除了保持外在的脆口感覺外,還可以食到芋頭的粉嫩綿滑。🍠💥✨ 七色丸($108),餐廳提供了不同特色的手打丸選
