To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳做得鴨大哥,顧名思義一定係最出名嘅就係佢嘅烤鴨啦,咁岩屋企人想食下北京填鴨嘅菜式,所以一於去呢間餐廳試吓。呢間餐廳喺時代廣場食通天果座大樓,喺時代廣場地下有部快lift可以好快上到去,由於係星期五嘅晚上,所以去到嘅時候已經好多人等緊位,最後我哋等左45分鐘先至可以入去。打開餐牌,我哋就叫咗見到佢寫住係推介嘅菜式,一於試吓係唔係真係咁好味。第一道菜就係佢最出名嘅片皮鴨,一見到佢嘅賣相係唔錯既,但係分量就真係好少囉,咁樣嘅份量每人都係食得幾塊。。咕嚕肉,份量都係好少。。呢個係湯飯,講真呢個係幾好味嘅。海鮮雜菜煲,我覺得鹹咗少少。叉燒,又係得幾舊。。其實大家見到呢間嘅餐廳嘅份量都真係偏小,所以三個人要叫五碟餸先至叫做夠飽,所以真係有點貴。。
