美孚新邨基座舊式商場有間簇新嘅日式木系PHI Cafe & Pancake，門面對住美孚巴士總站，主打pancake、梳乎厘同特色咖啡，仲有提供All day breakfast、三文治、牛角包、多士等輕食，肚餓少少仲有幾款意粉、飯可以選擇！卡位空間夠大，坐得舒服，張枱同時擺放幾款食物同飲品都綽綽有餘！➺➺辣蕃茄蟹肉扁意粉$92意粉捲成一團好似小山丘，上面有唔少份量嘅新鮮蟹肉，食得到鮮甜味，扁意粉口感幾好，意粉均匀沾到蕃茄醬，另外面層再淋上額外一層蕃茄醬，食到濃郁蕃茄味，加上微辣，好開胃！➺➺大糖嶺白桃梳乎厘$155呢款梳乎厘係季節限定，大糖嶺白桃本身矜貴，而家係當做季節，食落口爆汁又清爽，帶有微微嘅天然果酸，解暑開胃！梳乎厘有三大件，充滿空氣感同蛋香，食落又夠滑！真心推薦！➺➺巴斯克芝士蛋糕$68充滿淡淡的芝士同奶油味，表皮焦香，口感厚實！➺➺暖泡沫鮮奶（玫瑰味） $42賣相幾靚，上面有層脹卜卜好綿密嘅泡，好香玫瑰花味，唔太甜！➺➺抹茶鮮奶$42飲到抹茶微澀嘅味道，鮮奶底唔會甜，啱晒我口味！
