放假行完街,約咗個friend去尖沙咀食飯,想餐廳靜靜地飲吓嘢傾吓計,就發現咗呢間鳥鑫,雖然舖頭唔算大,但都幾骨子,充滿日本風,坐低叫咗d 串燒食下先! 野菜條:新鮮野菜片爽脆,梨子清甜多汁, 配上自家製味噌醬,有助解油膩感!煙𤑛華味鳥吵士卷好香煙熏味,芝士夾在中間,鹹香軟滑又幾好味雞全翼: 雞翼預先以鹽醃製雞翼,外皮特別香脆,而又保留嫩滑的肉質和牛橫隔肌:幾特別嘅牛位置,肉質鮮嫩,肉味濃郁不油。 雞冠:呢個真係第一次食,質感有啲軟林林的, 好似食緊爽嘅雞皮。 厚揚外脆內軟的口感, 日本豆腐再加上燒汁,將味道提升不少! 雞油炒拉麵用雞油再加上雜菜,青椒,椰菜等一齊炒嘅拉麵,而且雞油唔算太油膩,外表普通, 但味道香口, 一流! 日式鴛鴦燒湯丸每串有齊花生同芝麻口味,再加上燒烤過後,外表鬆脆,而丸有流心效果,甜而不膩!果味汽水(巨峰) 食完串燒,飲杯果汁汽水,一解熱氣。真係大滿足!
