Mokumoku係我經常去嘅串燒店,水準穩定又不時有 promotion:呢期就做緊自選清酒ABC共400 ml都係三百幾蚊,仲可以半價選購送酒燒肉,正日本生蕃茄,微酸帶甜,可以清清味蕾。三文魚腩當前菜開吓胃先。加多個芥末八爪魚,醒胃醒神月見免治豚肉串,用免治雞肉嘅做法改為豚肉,更加多咗一份油脂香上等豬脷串,簿切,爽口,冇騷味芫荽卷,包住芫荽莖,更重芫荽味,芫荽控至愛豬小腸串,勁有咬口,充滿內臟香豬肝串,粉嫰有腥味,加辣食仲惹味紫蘇豬肉卷,紫蘇葉燒完後味道唔算好突出,反而酸酸地嘅梅醬更可以平衡豬嘅油膩時令燒魚,今日係一夜乾黃花魚,魚身因為醃咗一日比較結實,魚味就更加濃縮,但都唔怕過鹹,幾好食芥末燒四元豚,好似係特別嘅混種豬,肉質比較鮮甜,配上芥末蛋漿一齊食,味道有啲複雜,但越咬就越有豬肉本身嘅甜味,都唔錯最後嘅甜品揀咗椰子雪葩,食完啲鹹香濃味嘅嘢,食返個甜品中和一下啱啱好
