見呢間浜燒夜晚都唔平,而且搵唔到咁多飯腳既我決定都係lunch 黎獨食一下。A(燒海鮮1件)+B(main)加埋一齊計一set, 第二set有半價但一個人食唔到咁多不過A既海鮮另外單點都有7折,所以豪一豪要左三件侍應無啦啦攞盤野俾我睇,先知原來佢會show下一陣燒俾你食既食材,真係好新鮮同埋好!乾!淨!(有洗開海鮮既朋友會知,d腸同邊邊位既內臟都清得好乾淨)然後佢就會係隔離燒,大部分都係butter +herb, 可以先原味食再點佢既miso (小辣)/ 柚子鹽/甜燒醬,隻隻都好match!馬刀貝好大隻,蟶子皇黎講真係好甜、高溫燒到岩岩好 鎖住肉汁又爽口,很推薦btw 前菜既小卷物係熟三文魚沙律飯卷,估唔到都好食 ,仲有去日本會去超市掃既三色芝麻(梅子味同海苔味),魔鬼在細節呢!Scallop 當然都正,白色肉係介乎生同熟之間,膏就岩岩好熟咁超嫩同鮮甜榮螺係以昆布湯煮形式上,好清淡既味,螺肉彈牙,但湯好淡所以無飲到,同前面既浜燒比,會想燒既多d🥹主菜本來無乜期望,但反而係最有驚喜的!薄薄既燒和牛已經好重牛味,油香十足,中間唔係金菇 而係芽菜同少少韮菜,好爽脆又多汁,呢個combo非常

侍應無啦啦攞盤野俾我睇,先知原來佢會show下一陣燒俾你食既食材,真係好新鮮同埋好!乾!淨!(有洗開海鮮既朋友會知,d腸同邊邊位既內臟都清得好乾淨)

榮螺係以昆布湯煮形式上,好清淡既味,螺肉彈牙,但湯好淡所以無飲到,同前面既浜燒比,會想燒既多d🥹

主菜本來無乜期望,但反而係最有驚喜的!薄薄既燒和牛已經好重牛味,油香十足,中間唔係金菇 而係芽菜同少少韮菜,好爽脆又多汁,呢個combo非常好!飯夠香同飽滿,完全吸收晒牛油同芽菜爆出黎既汁
