To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作为北京菜 实在是乏善可陈，作为一个在香港的北京菜 还算可以吧。点了北京烤鸭，糖醋鱼，宫保虾仁，冷盘，酸辣汤，小笼包，奶汁白菜烤鸭没有北京楼的好，但是还可以接受，不过等待时间特别长，其他菜都吃完了才上烤鸭。饼也没有保温，过了十分钟就凉透了。糖醋鱼口感普通，宫保虾仁还可以，味道比较正常，酸辣汤倒是味道不错。三人1000元，在湾仔算价格实惠了。装修风格比较内地，食客也大部分内地人，总的来说如果要在湾仔找个地方请客，我想我还是会选择这里的。
