To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同同事黎到雅·悠蔬食,同事一向有食開素,是晚就想同佢黎試下新派的素菜。不久前食過銅鑼灣分店,尖沙咀店好像係新開的?地面上完全無易拉架或其他招牌,還真是有點難搵。上到店內,環境唔錯喎,地方大點,粉紫色的橫裝很溫馨。是晚雖然係平日晚,但食客也不少,幾乎全店滿坐。店員好快就set好餐具,斟水同送上餐牌。從頭到尾睇完一次後,都係決定食dinner set,一黎抵食啲,二黎dinner set入面已經有想食的東東。茶樹菇竹笙黃耳百合燉湯先來中式湯品,一開蓋已聞到勁香,一壺一壺燉熱原汁原味,素菜湯亦可以很鮮甜,而且完全無油,好飲又健康。黑松露椰菜花忌廉濃湯同樣亦試下西式素湯,好香黑松露味,忌廉湯好滑,都好飲,不過個人喜歡熱湯,呢個只是半溫,兩者選擇就會投中湯一票。羅馬蕃茄藜麥伴胡麻醬一口蕃茄仔鮮甜水嫩,而且胡麻醬真係好好味。泰式青芒果鮮果沙律微辣帶酸又爽口,好清新,非常合適的開胃菜。麻醬沙薑豆絲粉皮不是雞絲而換作豆絲,但味道完全不受影響,豆絲口味不錯,粉皮煙韌,麻醬香口,加上青新的青瓜絲,味道好味又平衡,正。露筍素香鬆苜蓿芽手卷&香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷是沒有飯的手卷啊,包著滿滿的苜蓿芽,很爽口,新鮮

素咖哩野菜猴頭菇配印度薄餅及珍珠糙米飯($238)
主菜要了咖哩,同時配有薄餅及飯,看似少少的但原來十分飽肚!薄餅煎得香口不油膩,飯混了糙米變得煙韌有咬口,仲有主角咖哩,個汁超正,濃郁椰汁味,又香又滑,內裏有有不少椰菜花,茄子,菇等,調味十分好,太太太好味,食淨半碟咖哩都打包走左。

和風牛肝菌野菜燴扁意粉($238)
另一款主菜要了意粉,西日合壁,用了甜豉油去煮,味道甜而不膩,除了牛肝菌還下了不少雜菇,鮮嫩多汁甚有咬口,不過太飽了,打包了大半碟。

雙檸乳酪蛋糕&宇治抹茶紅豆椰汁糕
再飽也是食得落甜品的,兩款甜品都試試,蛋糕酸酸地加上豐厚的芝士香,又綿又滑好味喎。綠茶糕味道平衡,食到綠茶同椰汁味,紅豆軟綿微甜,整體感覺良好。

鮮磨腰果露配湯丸(+$38)
看餐牌已決定要追加一客甜品,太想食了,再飽也要點,哈哈。腰果露夠哂熱,好香又磨得滑,口感一流,湯丸係芝麻湯丸,一碗四粒,一人一半分著吃剛剛好。

美味又滿足,同事大讚好正,一定推介比食素朋友喎。
