我其實好鍾意一啲中西合璧嘅嘢,尤其是餐飲方便,所以今晚特登約咗朋友去灣仔呢間餐廳,之前都聽過好多人推介,話廚師每一道菜都好有心機咁樣去諗過度過,真係會無縫融合中式同西式。結果一到達餐廳,就覺得不論係裝修或者餐牌,都睇得出呢一餐一定係難忘嘅一餐。另外多欣賞店員上每一道菜嘅時候都會耐心解釋,令到食客對自己食緊啲咩更加理解。香煎章魚鬚用咗西班牙章魚,先慢煮,再煎,令口感外脆內軟,羽衣甘藍沙拉律用咗八珍甜醋,令到羽衣甘藍冇咁苦。個21日熟成厚切豬扒比我想像中好味好多,超軟滑,店員話呢個部位每隻豬只有一塊,非常珍貴!另外配上洛神花醬,令到成件事冇咁油膩!特色卡邦尼意粉都好好食,用咗西式煮法,但冇用煙肉,反而用左中式金華火腿,識落夠creamy但係又唔會好滯。
