To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 19/9中秋節,四日前已訂位,問有冇加價,接待小姐話,冇,我再問是否有平日餐牌,佢話有,不過會有特快上菜餐單,心想:既然有位,又無加價,就去做節哪。當日去到,8成滿座,waitress放下一張紙既餐單就走開,我一看,所謂特快菜餐單都是平日食的小菜,但價錢就加了至少20%,我問waitress有冇平日叫餐那本menu,佢話冇,得呢一張,噢!擺明搵笨!焗住都要食架啦!order牛腩蘿蔔($240元)牛腩剛好火喉、焗蟹蓋($120左右一個,要order至少二個)但保持水準,多蟹肉!炸雞(一般)、叉燒(今次失水準,份量少了,又唔太淋)、什箘炒芥蘭(有水準),白飯三個,總結食品水準不過不失,但加了20%就太搶錢,唔多底!下次做節訂位時,各位巴打,絲打一定都問得清清楚楚哪。
