To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

#capcha_中環 #capcha_葡萄牙菜📍Casa Lisboa Gastronomia Portuguesa (中環).哎唷不錯wo～喺大館附近嘅葡萄牙菜餐廳，主廚都係葡萄牙人，比上次澳門食個間好好多！環境都係地中海藍色style，空間唔算大，但都幾有氣氛。超推薦乳豬！本身望落唔係好脆咁有少少失望，點知咬落去係脆卜卜㗎！肉仲係好juicy好嫩🥰鹹香鹹香的，冇過多香料調味，食到乳豬嘅油香同原味👍🏻招牌焗鴨飯都唔錯，將表面焗到香脆飯焦嘅感覺，下層嘅飯就係軟熟，吸收晒鴨絲、臘腸同五花腩嘅味，每一啖都有鴨絲～啲飯可以分到兩碗，食完剛剛好😋蒜蓉白酒煮蜆好好食！本身覺得同平時食嘅會差唔多，但佢重牛油味蒜味，卻又好fresh好開胃，做前菜真係一流！每隻蜆都係飽滿脹卜卜🤤熟度啱啱好，一啲都唔韌～紅蝦他他都係開胃前菜😂平時食紅蝦好貴架嘛👉🏻👈🏻依家有呢個他他又可以食下紅蝦又有其他味道、蔬菜、麵包脆脆，感覺抵食d（好師奶😂）；上面薄薄一層都係紅蝦，撈混之後每啖都有食到紅蝦，搭配蔬菜同醬汁就好fresh～是推薦的❤️
