之前放工就去咗中環呢一間泰國菜食串燒,其實自己之前都食過佢嘅lunch外賣(有串燒配炒飯+海南雞飯),外賣幾平又正。所以,我對佢嘅串燒都有幾大期望,咁我同朋友就嗌咗份沙律同串燒。🥗泰式酸辣鳳爪沙律 ($58)鳳爪入味,份量好多。泰式酸辣汁配上香蔥、香芧、芫茜、生洋蔥同蘿蔔,好香,而酸辣汁唔會太辣,唔會搶晒啲味。鳳爪酸酸哋辣辣哋,夾埋啲香蔥食幾開胃。🦐大虎蝦 ($70)大虎蝦相當大隻,我估有18cm以上。蝦背有用刀界開,我估計一嚟方便舖頭可以挑蝦腸,一嚟可以方便食客食蝦肉。有好多蝦肉,蝦肉結實。而入埋仲有好多蝦膏,橙色固體狀,好香濃。👍👍🦑魷魚鬚 ($25)魷魚配有香茅、檸檬葉等香料燒,好足料。而魷魚鬚嘅末段燒到好香脆,有啲似平時係海馬公園同老鼠樂園食嗰啲魷魚鬚。最最最重要嘅係魷魚唔會韌,食得好開心。🐥雞皮 ($25)本身諗以為佢燒到燶晒咁,但我估因為雞皮本身已經用沙嗲醬醃製,所以比較搶火?!食落去有陣陣沙嗲味,呢款雞皮並唔會燒到好乾身,入面仲滑身。🥦露筍 ($22)佢係幼身露荀,見佢主要用鹽調味,露荀食入口依然keep到佢嘅嫩身,冇變成露荀乾。而且,露荀無渣。可以嗌多啲露荀食,因為佢可

🦐大虎蝦 ($70)
大虎蝦相當大隻,我估有18cm以上。蝦背有用刀界開,我估計一嚟方便舖頭可以挑蝦腸,一嚟可以方便食客食蝦肉。有好多蝦肉,蝦肉結實。而入埋仲有好多蝦膏,橙色固體狀,好香濃。👍👍

佢係幼身露荀,見佢主要用鹽調味,露荀食入口依然keep到佢嘅嫩身,冇變成露荀乾。而且,露荀無渣。可以嗌多啲露荀食,因為佢可以調和返其他濃味食物。

🐷豬頸肉 ($22)
豬頸肉比較薄身,同平時食嗰啲有少少唔同。肉邊燒得有啲似豬肉乾,但整體仍然keep住豬頸肉嘅爽口。

🦈白鱔 ($60)
白鱔肉質爽口,同魷魚鬚嘅一樣,以香茅同檸檬草為主要香料。由於白鱔本身唔算係好重味嘅食物,香料就可以提返佢原有味道。


🌽粟米 ($22)
係燒粟米仔,利申我平時有少叫粟米食,不過食串燒又想食啲蔬菜平衡下。粟米好爽口,咬落去「chop」一聲,佢同露荀一樣,都係用鹽做主要調味。 我會食一嚿燒肉再食一啖蔬菜。

因為叫串燒嘅關係,餐廳俾咗三隻醬汁我。第一隻醬係泰式甜酸辣醬,就好似X記脆香雞翼嗰種辣醬,甜甜哋。第二種醬汁酸酸哋,不過帶有蒜頭味,唔辣。第三隻醬係典型嘅泰式酸辣汁,同鳳爪嘅汁差唔多。 我見佢有其他醬汁,(試過沙嗲汁,重花生味😜),應該係根據唔同嘅串燒種類,分配唔同嘅醬汁。
