To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去蘭貴芳食飯,今晚同老婆慶祝生日,就嚟咗加洲大廈嘅 FUMI,之前係網上面評價唔錯,果然又真係冇失望⋯先嚟-個北海道松葉蟹甲羅燒,配法國麵包$148,因為我哋4個人,另外再多加兩件法包$20,D膏好香蟹肉亦都唔錯⋯另外一個前菜,宮崎黑豚豬沙律,又係$148味道不過不失⋯再嚟3件三文魚子壽司$174,新鮮好味嘅⋯再開咗支佢哋代理純米大吟釀$780,入口比較甜,但整體還可以⋯再嚟一個特上8點刺身拼盤$748,雖然未致極之驚喜,但都係好新鮮⋯再嚟-個雜錦松葉蟹天婦羅$298,呢個就比較普通咗D,不過都可以嘅⋯朂後嚟個宮崎豚肉涮涮鍋$388,味道方面都係唔錯,不過又係冇驚喜⋯全張單結果$2780,中環消費算係咁啦,有機會都會返頭再試⋯
