中環區當然不乏美食,而要講到日本菜,就不得不提呢間櫻日本料理。而呢個鐵板燒套餐,有多款美食品嚐,絕對物有所值。先有刺身三點,賣相非常吸引,赤貝鮮味十足,入口時仲有爽脆口感,池魚魚身呈半透明白淨,而大蝦蝦膏非常多,感覺滿足!接著有原隻新鮮象拔蚌,連同秀珍茹等配料係鐵板紅燒抄,抄嘅時候仲加上酒同胡椒粉去抄,香味更盛!品嚐時象拔蚌香味十足,質感又夠晒彈牙!接著有脆炸金刁魚,火侯控制得好好,上枱時炸到金黃白脆,魚身嫩滑,再配上海膽醬,淡味魚身配上濃味醬汁,會係幾新奇嘅菜式。今晚嘅重頭戲,就係伊勢海老鐵板燒,份量相當大,係鐵板上拆肉再燒熟,龍蝦球件件都非常吸引,另外再加上秘制香草牛油汁,香味滲入龍蝦肉之中,更添美味!最後當然係甜品時間,靜岡蜜瓜非常清甜,而綠茶奶凍,入口軟滑無雜質,加上綠茶味同甜味適中,係個相當出色嘅甜品。
