To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 甲殼類海鮮如龍蝦或蟹像盔甲一樣,所以連殼縱切兩半去烹調的便稱「具足煮」。餐廳以龍蝦去烹調具足煮,龍蝦煮的時間剛剛好,肉質細嫩,而湯頭亦非常的清甜,高湯加上龍蝦,龍蝦的精華味道都在其中。

第一次食鱧魚,搜尋一下,原來是關西的人氣魚種。這次的鱧魚非常的厚實有口感,啖啖肉,以天婦羅處理,味道較清淡,配以天婦羅汁或醮鹽吃會更滋味😋

吃過天婦羅後就送上食事,剛燒好的A4 宮崎和牛,又香又軟淋,A4 和牛有牛肉味但又不致於太肥,吃多幾塊都不太膩,配上蛋味香濃的溫泉蛋,加在一起吃大滿足🤩

餐廳雖然是日式餐廳,但酒類飲品都非常多選擇,除清酒外,雞尾酒都非常吸引及有特色,所以同朋友分別點了2款試試:
🔸Pampelle Angel , 非常的IG-able,主要用上Pampelle 及Prosecco,所以味道偏濃,及偏甘苦。
