屹立於中環天星碼頭七號上層逾十年的Watermark,餐廳佔地3,300平方尺,環境闊敝,更飽覽絕美的海景。午餐選擇了三道菜及一杯葡萄酒的套餐($358)。每道菜都有數款供選擇,頭盤的龍蝦湯(+$28)略嫌偏淡,我更喜歡油甘魚他他(+$50),搭配牛油果醬和柚子汁,並以魚子醬點綴,味道清新開胃。主菜方面,選擇了龍蝦扁意粉(+$200),龍蝦肉質爽彈,加入三文魚籽增添口感,湯汁沒有完全收乾,保持濕潤的口感。另外,西冷扒經過乾式熟成處理(+$100),肉味濃。餐後以Tiramisu作結,手指餅浸透香濃咖啡酒,配上柔滑的Mascarpone Cheese,份量十足
