星期六下午，中環下午茶有另類選擇嗎？今次同朋友來到蘭桂芳嘅Espuma試佢嘅tea. 餐廳三面有落地玻璃，對住西半山，一片高樓大廈及綠色樹木，同平時營營役役嘅中環好唔同。我地order左荔枝果茶，latte同埋mixed fruits waffles with ice cream. 茶連warmer 上唔會變涼，茶亦清新唔過甜。latte夠熱咖啡夠香。waffle較薄身及鬆脆，連雪糕雜果食夠哂口感同balance.
