咁多人都食過何蘭正食fusion菜,今次終於到我去喇24小時慢煮伊比利亞叉燒配煎日本太陽蛋,紅洋蔥漬,香噴噴香蔥豬油撈飯店舖既必食菜色之一,其實即係黯然消魂飯😂大大件既厚切叉燒,咬落去肉質軟稔,好少地方有得食既豬油飯又香又邪惡法式焦糖女兒紅獅頭鵝肝燉蛋配牛油多士好特別既小食,又有鵝肝既鹹香,又有滑既燉蛋既甜,仲有d酒味tim,加埋d莓果既微酸,幾種唔同既味道竟然好夾喎,如果可以再多幾塊多士就好喇煎封智利白鱈魚柳,台灣龍膽石斑魚柳,釀鎚揼海虎蝦膠,配蒸陳村粉及蕃茄海鮮汁餐廳日日都有唔同既是日靚魚是日煮法。今日我地就咁岩係食2種唔同既魚柳,都煮得幾爽口入味,蝦膠好彈牙,仲可以試埋陳村粉tim餐廳仲有其他好多款特別既野食,下次再搵埋班fd一齊上黎happy friday先😋。。何蘭正中環雲咸街29號東方有色大廈2樓。。
