位於中環雲咸街的 La Parrilla Steakhouse,一走入就被那股濃濃的阿根廷風情吸引,裝潢十分有特色。前幾日試了4 course Lunch Set ,設計精緻又有誠意!*前菜:蕃茄餐湯:酸香開胃,湯底濃郁但不會厚重,加幾片香草更添層次。 芝士洋蔥餡餃:外皮炸得酥脆、內餡香濃,是那種一咬會牽絲、充滿拉丁風味的小驚喜。*主菜肉眼排(250g)(+$98):五成熟火候剛好,外層焦香,肉味濃郁有嚼勁,配埋超個6款醬汁,每款各有特色。香煎比目魚:魚皮煎得香口非常,魚肉嫩滑,配埋下面嘅普羅旺斯雜燴,非常清新又開胃。*配菜香蒜薯條:最愛粗薯條炸得酥脆,淡淡蒜香而不膩。 烤椰菜花:是健康選擇,微微焦香烤得非常到位。
