位於中環的潮州店,無疑是香港食客心目中的熱門選擇。雖然店內的客人絡繹不絕,侍應的服務速度或許有所延遲,但這份忙碌的氛圍也讓人感受到餐廳的受歡迎程度。我們點了幾道招牌菜,首先是滷水鵝。滷水醬汁,味道比較清,搭配醋會好食啲。接著是椒鹽白飯魚,這道菜的口感十分鮮脆,椒鹽的香氣恰到好處,讓人忍不住多吃幾口。沙嗲牛肉菜心,牛肉用新鮮牛肉,口感煮得恰到好處,沙嗲醬香濃。而荔芋鴨則是潮州菜一道必試的手工小菜,由於做功繁複而家喺街上已經買少見少。最後,我們點了紅豆蓮蓉水晶包作為甜品。這道點心的皮透亮,內餡的紅豆和蓮蓉香甜可口,口感輕盈。雖然服務上可能會因為人流而稍顯緩慢,但這間潮州店的食物選擇多樣且美味,值得一試。
