周末同契女去咗中環大館附近嘅一間復古裝修嘅印度餐廳試新菜。金黃色宮殿feel嘅裝潢真係幾吸睛,入面仲散發住陣陣香料味。成餐飯滿載而歸,真係有啲嘢要分享。Signature Butter Chicken 先講聲名遠播嘅奶油咖喱雞,雞肉入口好嫩,配埋好creamy嘅咖喱醬汁,好smooth。奶味同香料味係啱啱好,食完不知不覺已經清咗碟。Garlic Naan現烤嘅蒜蓉naan,啖啖都係蒜香味。燒得夠香脆,蘸埋奶油咖喱雞嘅醬汁,真係零死角嘅滿分組合。Raj Kachori呢個小食仲幾有趣,外型似個金黃波波,切開後有多款餡料同醬料喺入面。酸酸甜甜之餘仲夾雜微辣,口感好豐富,食完仲有啲驚喜感。Tandoori Octopus呢道係我哋小發現,燒烤八爪魚火候掌握得啱啱好,入口彈牙之餘唔會韌,仲帶少少炭燒香。Lamb Shank Nalli Nihari慢煮羊膝咖喱,肉質焗到夠腍,一咬即散。咖喱香料味重,但又唔會蓋過羊嘅本味,係用心煮出嚟嘅comfort food。契女點咗Apple Freshener,青蘋果味好清新。至於我就試咗Kingfisher印度啤酒,啤酒偏淡,有少少清爽嘅口感,幾易入口。
