這間位於中環的Katana,晚市主打日式串燒,另外還有多款Sake供應,似日本居酒屋,放工跟同事去食返兩串,飲返杯輕鬆一下。先點了支仁井田自然酒,味道較dry,但很易入口,送串燒比較夾。岩手縣赤崎生蠔質感較爽口,配酸汁正好提升鮮甜度。厚切牛舌芯舌芯爽口彈牙。雞蠔肉、汁燒及柚子椒雞上脾肉、雞皮雞肉嫩滑多汁,不會燒至過乾,柚子味酸酸甜甜正好去油膩感;雞皮燒至香脆不油膩。雞皮紫蘇蝦卷蝦肉新鮮彈牙,雞皮燒至香脆。豬腸煙煙韌韌有咬口。葱豬腩肉豬腩肉肥瘦均勻,加上燒至焦香的洋葱。鹽燒牛橫隔膜、鹽燒牛小排串、豚肉秋葵卷、荔枝豬肉卷橫隔膜及牛小排肉味濃郁,而且燒至有焦香,肉質嫩腍;荔枝豬肉卷比較多汁。白鱔十分新鮮,肉質彈牙。野菜天婦羅天婦羅粉漿又薄又香脆,用了日本南瓜及番薯,軟糯又香甜。牛湯烏冬有兩片彈牙牛舌,烏冬爽滑。
