飯前我都鍾意食返個沙律,依款沙律有我最鍾意嘅柚子和大蝦,配搭羅望子和梅糖醬,甜甜地又清新。

平時食開嘅奄列都係比較扁身,今次依款蟹肉奄列就做到立體形狀。切開可以見到滿滿又一絲一絲嘅蟹肉,味道夠晒鮮甜呀。

班蘭葉香茅蒸完條紅鯛魚
泰國菜通常都係香煎或者炭燒,今次用蒸煮嘅方法夠晒新鮮感。斑斕同埋香茅嘅味道滲哂入魚肉裡面,夠晒嫩滑又多汁。

驚喜嘅係芒果飯仲係溫熱,充滿椰香又煙煙韌韌。
