同朋友繼續去中環摘星之旅，這家餐廳環境舒服，是一間非常適合情侶約會的新加坡fusion歐陸菜。店員跟我們分享，大廚Barry每隔一段時間會轉一轉食譜，希望保持大家的新鮮感。今餐整體非常滿足，揀幾款分享一下🥢番茄撻薄薄的撻皮夠脆口，上面有蕃茄、蕃茄啫喱同預先醃製的車厘茄，口感非常清新🥢海南雞糯米飯這個分了兩種做法。綠色斑蘭葉包住的是糯米飯，入口煙韌，味道非常香。第一種做法是旁邊配有綠色的葱油和有一件特式豉油雞。另一種食法就是，用雞皮包住雞肉去油炸的卷物roulade，味道非常特別。🥢Candlenut Financier經典的法式蛋糕，表面略焦，但入面散發堅果香氣的奶油，比平常食到更香軟滑
