仲未有得去日本, 唯有繼續搵下抵食日本菜頂下癮啦😂之前去中環見到呢間晚市Omakase幾抵食, 3百幾蚊起就有交易, 一於試下😚🔹雲 KUMO $580屬於佢係中間級別 最平$380都有, 價格幾實惠~🔸4件刺身重點推介"大拖羅" 色澤粉嫩, 油脂分佈幾平均又厚肉, 口感都唔錯😋仲有好少食嘅"螢光魷魚" 爽滑彈牙"厚岸產蠔" 都幾甘甜鮮味, 如果大粒同creamy d就更好🔹8件壽司分開4款4款咁上, 我最鍾意食 "右口魚", 分開左上下2款製作方法, 上層係燒炙過嘅右口魚肉,下層係新鮮右口魚, 爽滑彈牙, 口感好豐富呀!😍"目光魚" 油香幾出,"北海道海膽" 鮮味而不鯹, 幾creamy😋另外仲有1件手卷同麵豉湯, 聽講餐廳仲有米芝蓮師傅坐陣, 不過我就覺得未到米芝蓮級數, 但Omakase中環地段黎講算係相當抵食!👍🏻👍🏻
