這家店的意面都是自制手工意面,太對我這個碳水愛好者的胃口了,我們試了兩款。

自家製作的手工扁意面吸取了鴨肉的鮮咸和番茄醬汁,十分夠味
❤️八爪魚條狀意大利面
這款是我的最愛了,口感超級彈牙

主菜:
❤️烤牛骨髓配蒜蓉包及香葉沙律
炭烤香牛骨膸,加鹽、胡椒和迷迭香調味。配蒜蓉包外,還有用茴香、薄荷葉等製作的香葉沙律,搭配吃可以中和牛骨髓厚重的油脂味
❤️炭烤牛心配燈籠椒
這道菜是當天的特色菜,牛心為了保留口感,烤了三分熟,配紅酒吃還好,單吃有點膩

整體來說Testina的味道和性價比都不錯,值得再來。
