不知不覺Little Bao已經開咗十年,鋪頭主打以中式包點結合漢堡包概念成名;中西合壁的食材處理手法,是餐廳特色。是日去中環區行街後晚飯時間就決定到Little Bao醫肚。 Little Bao 中環店近「勝香園」同「九記牛腩」附近;晚市6點先營業,而附近有賣手工啤同樓梯,好多人都邊飲返兩杯邊等待開鋪,我哋都唔例外Happy Hour先食小包包。避風塘翠玉瓜 $68新春限定小食,以中式翠玉瓜加上西式的炸魚薯條方式呈現。加埋香港特色的避風塘調味帶點鹹香辣,而面頭亦加上惹味沙律醬,外脆內軟相當滋味,是上佳的佐酒小食。黑松露薯條$98用魯肉飯嘅醬汁製成菇,加上黑松露沙律醬、同醃製嘅日本蘿蔔絲。送上枱時店員叫我撈埋薯條拌勻先食。而我係第一次食撈薯條,本身濃味嘅黑松露醬,加上味道酸酸的蘿蔔絲,同埋炒得帶爽口嘅魯肉菇令到我非常開胃,薯條食落都冇咁膩。好好味同埋好驚喜。招牌豬腩包$98慢煮豬腩肉配上紫蘇葉沙律、芝麻醬;一啲都唔油膩因為中間夾住幾片酸青瓜同海鮮茄汁中和咗,呢個招牌包包係必點,令人食慾大增。紅米糟板燒雞包 $108 新春限定雞包包以慢煮三黃雞胸肉加上子薑 配傳統中式紅糟醬,令個包唔會

呢個係新春限定嘅甜品以清酒雪糕同薑汁紅糟糖混成,食起上嚟帶出淡淡清酒香氣

綠茶雪糕包$48
綠茶雪糕加上煉奶,夾響兩塊炸得熱辣辣饅頭包包內,為晚上畫上一個圓美嘅句號。
呢間餐廳有驚喜得嚟價錢亦都唔貴,絕對值得一訪再訪。
