上堂前,因地點近登籠街,朋友提議嚟呢間中菜試吓。環境唔錯,燈光偏暗,尙算坐得舒服。因諗住食少少,㨂咗三個特色菜。點心㨂咗香檳金蝦餃,外表同平時嘅蝦餃唔同,佢喺粉紅色皮再加上金箔,食落味道無太大分別,不過勝在蝦夠爽口同新鮮。小菜㨂咗黑豚肉叉燒皇,好有特色,木架鐵盤熱上,隨叉燒另附上餅皮、蒽段,食法可以好似片皮鴨一樣,肉香軟嫩,仲有蜜汁,十分惹味。最後喺紅樓招牌炒飯,味道同賣相都可以,配料嘅蝦都好爽口整體感覺唔錯
