To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中秋節翌日,在外國回來的遠房親友約我和屋企人到上環飲茶,親友遠道而來,大家只是想聚一聚傾談近況,所以對食物的要求不會太高,這間酒樓毗鄰地鐵,很容易就找到。甫進入酒樓,可能是因為酒樓較細,而且座位之間空間較窄,感覺有點侷促。親友預先點了幾道點心,分別是山竹牛肉球,魚肉球,鳳爪排骨飯和鮮竹卷。山竹牛肉球的味道可以,但好像蒸了一段時間,馬蹄多了點,而且食不出果皮的味道,正宗的山竹牛肉除了要有牛肉和香茜外,其實要加入少量果皮才可突顯牛肉的鮮味,馬蹄不可過量,而且新鮮蒸起的牛肉球最好不要點其他醬汁,才會食出其鮮味。至於魚肉球的用料較充足,當中包括有魚肉,豬肉,蝦肉等,味道算不俗。鳳爪排骨飯味道一般,排骨肥瘦適中,但味道不太足夠,白飯的份量正常,不會太多或太少,鮮竹卷並未品嘗,所以不能評論。整體而言,點心的味道可以,但坐得則不太舒適。
