之前一見到有人介紹大滾友有個卜卜蜆鍋😍作為蜆嘅愛好者，放假梗係叫男朋友一齊去食，一鍋裏面有大量沙白蜆，隻隻都鮮甜飽滿😋火鍋一上枱，仲煙霧彌漫咁💨 （因為鍋裏面放咗啲氮氣）超級有儀式感！牛肉拼盤（細）🐮一次過可以試晒多款牛嘅部位，手切吊龍、本地手切牛頸脊、澳洲和牛金錢展、美國頂級雪花肥牛、黃喉、牛胸尖，骰仔牛肉粒，充滿濃郁嘅牛味！珊瑚蚌貴妃蚌雙拼，打邊爐我最鍾意食珊瑚蚌，口感非常爽口！蟹黃餃🧡 餃子皮下包住滿滿的蟹黃，真係真材實料，每啖都好香嘅蟹黃味！龍蝦墨魚丸，呢度有好多特色嘅手打丸，我哋就嗌咗份龍蝦墨魚丸，咬完一啖真係見到入邊有龍蝦肉，口感豐富，推薦！自家製足料竹蔗茅根，完全啱晒配打邊爐飲，即時覺得清減左熱氣感覺，夏天飲亦都好清涼解暑！呢度嘅豆腐花充滿儀式感，原個木桶上，食完仲會喺豆腐花表面嘅黃糖上點火🔥充滿火焰效果！啱晒打卡📸
