To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行開呢頭,又近午飯時間,家陣咁既時期太多人既唔想去,無人既又知道好唔好食。最好就係揾d 連鎖式既。響街度望到呢間(佢響二樓,響馬頭望到)叫做有人,但又唔太擠迫,所以就去喇。等位時都係會同你先探熱。之後安排既座位都同其他客人有一段既距離。午餐大約都係$50-70,包一杯熱飲。可樂係會計凍飲既,要加$3。我叫左個蝦頭膏海鮮湯粉,酸辣既幾好味但就食唔到蝦膏味,配料都算豐富。有蝦,有青口,但蟹柳就奇怪左d 囉!
