To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 訂枱前講到明要雞問駛唔駛留,個職員拍晒心口話實有唔駛留,點知中午十二點去到話賣晒!咁請問佢呢日餘下時間點做生意呢...嘗試壓抑怒火寫篇從食味方面講得公道啲嘅評論。潮式食物唔錯,鹽醃烏頭凍食仍有鮮味又入味,鹵水鵝夠入味鹵水汁亦香,但魚蛋粉嘅魚蛋彈牙但魚味唔濃,河粉唔算滑。非潮式食物就好一般,百合炒什菌嘅什菌有怪味,炒飯正常水準,乳香骨似冇椒鹽嘅椒鹽豬扒。質素未至於值得我忍受佢嘅服務再去食...
