To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到openrice咁多好評,但黎食個下午茶睇下係咪真係咁好食。首先一入到去,就已經覺得地下唔係好乾淨。姐姐安排我坐卡位之後,我發現張枱好多積,好似好耐冇抺過咁。我都算喇,因為有唔少餐廳都係咁。嗌完野食,就望下擺係枱面個罌辣椒醬。嘩,啲陳年積多到呢,我真係唔敢用。唔好以為我未去過茶記食,係喥大驚小怪。平時茶記啲醬油都會有積,但啲積唔係多到咁,又唔會乾到變到勁深色。之後,熱檸水到⋯⋯兩枝鐵匙𡙡都好唔掂,有枝有異物,另一枝啲茶積厚到一個點。好彩個杯同啲碗碟係白色,咪如果都唔知點飲同食入口。講番啲野食先,我地嗌咗個F. 生牛河$48同H. 咖哩蟹肉海鮮法包$48。生牛河同平時食個啲有差距,個湯底怪怪地,成件事唔係好夾。個法包同我想像都有分別。我以為係好似一般越式法包咁夾住啲料,原來係一片片法包,咖哩海鮮另上。咖哩海鮮冇咖哩味⋯⋯定係同一般咖哩味道有出入。總括黎講,佢係價錢平,但質素麻麻,衛生好差。一定唔會再食。
