To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 門口見到覺得裝修好懷舊好有特色,食物應該at least ok.. 兩個點左三杯雞(唔夠熱,雞肉食得出係雪藏雞,勁嚡口😭),麻油面線(ok la, 就係面線滴左幾滴麻油,但麻油都唔香),東坡肉(一碟80蚊只有四件肉,件件D肉都勁嚡),魯肉飯(食到一口肥油),同一碟炒台灣菜(呢個最正常,但80一蝶,4啖食哂)。。
