最近開始每逢有特別日子就會同男朋友去食omakase，今次就揀咗呢間評價好高嘅廚師發辦嚟慶祝我哋嘅周年紀念日🩷前菜最鍾意係螢光魷魚，食落去仲有蛋春，配上酸酸地嘅醬汁好開胃第一道前菜係真鯛刺身，配上海膽蛋黃醬，超級濃郁跟住嘅紫菜包平貝，用炭火略略燒過，好香炭香味🔥深海池魚兩式，一款配上木魚醬燒，另一款配上Wasabi刺身，兩種配搭都好好味😋茭白刺身，配上生蠔，隻生蠔好大隻好新鮮🦪跟住會有一道熱食暖暖個胃，就係鮟鱇魚乾，魚肝煮得好幼滑，好似食緊鵝肝咁甘雕立鱗燒，魚鱗燒到一片片咁豎起來，脆到好似食緊薯片咁！壽司方面有鳥貝，赤貝，醬油漬吞拿魚，北寄貝，拖羅，黑龍，每款都好厚切，配上赤醋飯，酸味比較突出，不妨一試。重頭戲係當然海膽手卷，望住壽司師傅將一版嘅海膽攞出嚟，超級渴望佢可以擺多啲落去！😍最後飲埋碗魚骨味噌湯，再以宮城芒果同埋靜岡蜜瓜作結尾，完美結束一個晚上。
