咁多款菜式入面,始終最鍾意都係港式小菜,夠鮮味,有鑊氣,真係百食不厭,又有家的感覺。見雜誌介紹係西環新開左間辣蟹專門店,好似幾正,就專程去試下。餐廳以深木色色調為主,令人感覺舒適。Menu有多種炒蟹食法,全部都好吸引,樣樣都想試。晚飯時間好多人,真係要book位。芥香雲耳仔($38),雲耳酸味味,好醒胃,再加少少wasabi味能增加味道的層次,感覺很refreshing,又唔會好嗆。蒜香凍螺($68),螺肉相當入味和爽口,蒜味好香,仲有蒜粒粒係入面,個汁甜甜地,蒜味做得恰到好處,沒有蓋過螺肉的味道。普洱茶好香,味道不錯。($5/茶位) 猴頭菇燉雞湯($98鍋)湯料都幾足,有雞腿、雞腳、豬肉、猴頭菇,濃郁的雞湯味道,又唔會好鹹,冬天飲好暖胃。麵醬滑雞煲($98)雞味濃郁,香噴噴,肉質嫩滑,醬汁很滋味,連配料洋蔥和芹菜都咁好食。辣味年糕炒蟹($380)炒蟹好大隻,肉質不錯,都幾多蟹肉,而且很新鮮,食得津津有味。仲有年糕、洋蔥、芹菜、辣椒、芫荽一齊炒,微辣得黎又好惹味。牛肉炒菜芯($88)都要讚下,牛肉炒得夠火喉,菜芯夠新鮮爽口,有冬菇絲炒,好美味,想再食多碟。
