To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本来用TableMap 定了日本菜, 但去到竟然没有开门, 大热天, 由登龙街走到Time Square, 已经没有胃口, 只想吃个面, 然后会公司.Crystal Jade 已经开了很久, 但只来过一次, 因为好像无时无刻都爆满. 好采, 今天来得早, 12:30还没有太多人, 不用等. 食面坐bar抬, 感觉挺新鲜. 但不到10分钟, 全满.通常会点小黄瓜, 但看到有黑木耳, 一于健康一下. 自己在家很少会做这个菜. 黑木耳有丰富蛋白質, 鐵質, 鈣, Vitamin B2, 可以帮助血液循環, 改善貧血, 又不肥, 所以绝对是简单健康. 我最喜欢吃担担面, 这里的面普通, 比较散, 味道不错, 再浓一点更好. 看见外面已经开始排队, 快快吃完就走了.
