To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 即興的晚飯聚會,路過一杯就被這日本居酒屋的裝修所吸引,所以就決定在沒訂枱的情況下等一下..還好等了大約45分鐘就有位了.2個女孩子點了不少菜...哈哈,結果就是吃不完.洋風白身魚沙律$86 - 很開胃的一道菜,酸酸的醬汁,魚也很爽口,推介~!關西燒三品$98 -貝柱,豚,小蝦餡料很足,但皮也很厚,有點"漏", 是最後一道上桌的...在非常飽的情況下,只能挑餡料來吃..下次會再點,但可能只點一品/兩品,留肚吃其他~明太子醬雞肉串$22 - 一向喜歡明太子醬,配上滑滑的雞肉,超贊蟹肉忌廉$48 - 兩個大大的炸球,炸得很脆,忌廉滑,配上沙律醬...好漏...也吃不出來入面有蟹肉味...海鹽荔枝梳打$35 - 加了鹽,有少少鹹,和一向喝到甜甜的荔枝梳打截然不同,很好喝~朋友點了生果茶...忘了價錢,只記得她說有果醬,太甜了..喝了一半就喝不下了..我們還點了一客意粉,和燒南瓜...都不錯整體來說,是值得再去的一家居酒屋,但要提自己不要"眼闊肚窄"好了..不然再好吃也是會浪費
