To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch 想食好啲，睇過OpenRice 介紹，就決定上嚟試吓。我食嘢第一樣嘢係～空間感同私隱度，如果好逼夾，無空間俾自己的，我一定唔入,呢度算ok.選咗個牛扒set lunch, 有餐湯同沙律選擇，當然有有茶同咖啡，或加錢配埋雪糕。選咗個沙律，配上2片薄薄的ham ～不錯，主菜牛扒五成熟，配上新鮮嘅四季豆同荷蘭蕃茄仔，份量都足夠裹腹，至於味道，佢唔同大家食開港式西餐，有乜汁乜汁，佢淨係炭燒一塊扒俾你，呢個係食原汁原味，塊扒無咁上下質素～點上。如果你問我會唔會返轉頭，我會講～會，試多一次晚餐，仲要係座外出，係咁多。
