補祝朋友的生日飯,揀選了她最愛的韓國菜。去到燒肉店最怕就是抽風差,煙霧迷漫。值得一讚的是這裡的抽風系統不錯,採用網燒方法,煙味都被圍邊的小孔抽走,不會令煙味充斥店內。豬、牛、海鮮、湯類、飯類等一應俱全。我們選擇額外加錢享用特別推介。皇者牛排骨脂肪分布尚算平均,因為已加入醃料,所以味道香濃,牛肉有嚼勁。特級牛頸肉色澤紅亮,牛味頗濃,入口油脂甘香而軟稔,值得推介。燒肉的最佳拍檔當然是泡菜及生菜啦!用生菜包著肉、泡菜一齊食,滋味!薄切的牛脷十分快熟,肉質爽彈。雞肉是雞脾部分,燒完之後,不會鞋口,口感帶韌性。烤什錦海鮮拼盤包含大蝦、青口、扇貝、魷魚及龍脷柳。海鮮算新鮮,大部分表面鋪有蒜蓉粒,味道香口。龍脷柳肉質雖軟滑,不過略嫌沒有魚味及鮮味。花甲肉質飽滿,吃落帶咸香,不過少部分有沙。蔬菜的種類比較少,除了茄子及翠玉瓜外,亦有冬菇。牛骨湯湯底清香富牛味,牛肉軟腍沒有筋,另外亦加入韓式粉絲增加口感。朋友是米飯怪,所以點了一個鰻魚什錦飯頂頂肚。整個飯的份量不算太多,除主角鰻魚外,還有煎蛋、芽菜等少量蔬菜。將所有材料連鰻魚汁混合,味道不錯。蛋包什錦有蝦、魚、茄子及翠玉瓜、蛋味雖香,但太多油,吃完一兩塊
