To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屬於晚餐menu先有嘅蕃茄湯雜菜讚岐烏冬不知為何少咗以往熟悉的濃郁番茄味道，但比坊間一般嘅蕃茄湯底繼續算係中上級别。餸嘅整體配搭感覺挺健康，蔬菜非常多配以炒蛋及蝦仁，烏冬口感煙韌。是日晚餐係秘製豬軟骨及炒蛋配沙律亦十分吸引，肥仔波掙扎良久先落到呢個決定，亦總算冇令我失望。👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿👉🏿肥仔波指數:3.5/5
