To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日晏晝去咗朋友街食咗日本菜,喺上環嘅地舖,好耐冇嚟過呢區,原來多咗好多特色嘅食肆,好多日式拉麵及咖啡店,此店面積細細有兩層,坐低師傅會先給你一點漬物,有牛蒡,蒜頭,蘿蔔及酸薑。叫咗個14件壽司的套餐。第一碟上菜有蜜柑魚,有果皮的甘香,口感特別。之後的伊左目昆布漬,魚身經昆布醃製過所以肉質有了不同了口感,鮮味更加提升。扇見及北寄貝十分爽口彈牙。牡丹蝦,壽司面上有蝦浸過的豉油及蝦膏點綴,蝦味更加突出。金目鯛,面有辣蘿蔔薑蓉。赤色馬糞海膽,顏色好突出,入口非常有鮮味,馬糞嘅特色比較甜,面有少少炭鹽堤起甜味。最突出的是深海的池魚經過火炙,油香十足。細池魚加蔥蓉。超tora油份都夠。自家醃製新鮮鯖魚,少一點酸味,魚肉口感更鬆軟,冇平時醃製過的那麼乾身,加上紫蘇葉,令人更加回味。火炙左口魚邊加福岡萬年蔥,油份非常澎湃。最後上的是櫻花蝦素面,加入油炸過的天婦羅碎,味道唔錯幾飽肚,甜品一個雪葩。食物唔錯,人頭$500算幾不俗,不過味道不算非常突出!
