To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我好鍾意食北京田鴨,但係唔係間間整得好食,酒樓嗰啲北京填鴨,一係就係d皮太厚,一係就d鴨肉太瘦。不過呢間銅鑼灣鴨大哥,就比到驚喜我,首先要讚嘅係餐廳好細心,啲皮會用細火熱住,Keep 住d皮暖暖地最緊要啲皮夠薄,而且鴨肉肥美,但對比北京d 烤鴨,水準當然差少少。鴨絲炒米粉米粉有少少硬同一舊舊,不過整體個味唔錯,酸酸甜甜,幾開胃。芥蘭炒肉片炒得幾野味香口,芥蘭好爽,肉片炒得幾好,唔會太老,呢個餸送飯唔錯。
