To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說我只有一小時食飯,平時中午唔洗旨意排隊等到,而家疫情早咗食,十二點三去到㩒飛,叫三張檯我就入到去,坐吧檯也不錯,環境算清潔。 我叫咗個set ,有火炙壽司、炸凡立貝、烏冬。無加到五蚊要野飲,加埋一,無任何優惠下108蚊。 壽司正常發揮啦,soso 但還可以。烏冬特別在有柚子味,可能有落柚子汁,幾好,幾清新,而且又唔太咸,烏冬軟硬適中,最驚喜係炸凡立貝。叫果陣求奇叫,一食覺得正,唔油,中間舊凡立貝新鮮,又唔痴牙,雖然炸都有鮮味,d油feel到係新油,不是萬年油。一碟都幾多粒,errr 好似五粒,總之滿足,又大粒,有埋檸檬比我,仲可以點豉油,不過唔點仲能食到個鮮味。
