To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家店自旺角總店出名後,排隊等位是最頭疼的考慮!策略是,如果你唔介意夜一點食,九時入座便最好,因為9:15 last order,所以等3,4分鐘便有得入座 ~其實質數我認為不過不失,但不至於什么什么米芝蓮,我食的每一味菜也有小小意見。不過整體也不錯,以價錢和質數去平衡來說,已經好好了。以下是我的一點* 青菜: 有獲氣,但煮得太耐,菜林了些* 排骨: 不錯,肉貨夠林* 陳皮牛肉: 用陳皮調味,感覺新鮮,沒有了現今好多用的馬碲,讚* 脆皮叉燒包: 脆皮夠特別,但叉燒汁好明顯是叉燒醬,遍甜和假左小小* 蝦餃: 明顯蝦有雪味,皮的軟硬適中
