To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友book枱食lunch,去到先知有放題。去過幾次,因為有海景,當然可以提高收費。記憶之中,食物質素都不差。不過,今次令人大失所望。無論職員服務態度,以及食物質素,都好「趕客」。先講茶,又凍又冇味。食物冇presentation,又唔熱,當然有九成嘅食物都令人失望。放題限個半小時,一小時後已經話last order,個半小時後直情叫你走。收果$220 (放題、茶錢、加一),基本上食風景。離譜!冇下次!
