To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天和同事去了屯門市中心,本來打算去牛一打邊爐,但我哋五個人等咗好耐都未有位。最後決定去新開嘅牛角。V city嗰間牛角好細好多人,依間可能新開,而且比較大所以唔使等位。我哋五個人點左四個最貴嘅lunch set,個lunch set 有一碗沙律🥗、一個牛角飯🙃🍚、一碗湯、一盤肉同埋一杯飲品🍹。燒肉質素不過不失冇乜特別驚喜,我反而比較鍾意食牛角飯。個飯有紫菜,撈埋燒肉🥓一齊食,都幾好味。最好嘅地方係雖然我哋點咗四個餐五個人share食,不過佢都俾我哋免費加飯,但佢就話要收咗一隻碗先可以加飯,以免浪費。其實道理上佢可以拒絕我哋,因為我地只點了四人餐,但佢又冇咁做,所以我覺得幾好。最後每人食咗$140,都OK啦算係一餐豐富嘅午餐。
