Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚友人相聚,但因為在上菜時上緊online course, 令到今次影唔到靚靚的食物相…只有剩下的一些食物,灰😔呢間餐廳喺未有鰂魚涌分店嘅時候,已經想食好耐。今晚終於都食到,真係超開心!而且啲裝修和杯子設計都好吸引。😆我哋見三個女仔,午餐未落格都堅持要食依間餐廳的晚市,所以今次食唔到好多嘢😅,只是叫了黃金蝦和半隻片皮鴨。原本想像的黃金蝦是香脆的(我哋點菜嘅時候唔知點解想像是類似星加坡的麥皮蝦),不過這兒的黃金下滿佈蛋黃,蝦肉是爽口及厚身的,很邪惡!片皮鴨應該是即係必吃的。皮可以點糖吃😆而且嬤嬤皮是用熱力隔水一直蒸着的,吃到尾的時候,還是暖暖的,非常重要!😋
