To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得前幾天的龍璽局中食友推介過這間中餐廳,心想反正離家也近,不如週末就小試牛刀,於是拉TC來這裡吃個午餐。餐廳走『海派粵菜』路線,老實說我連傳統粵菜吃得都不多,更不用提海派,給不了專業意見,不如就中肯的描述一下食味吧~很漂亮的瓷碟位於isquare三十樓,風景自然不言而喻,是日陰雨綿綿,窗外是霧濛濛的一片可愛的鯨魚托兒炸蝦片:還以為是免費的,原來要HK$20,炸得酥脆亦不油膩,十分香口醒胃,但蠻辛辣的雪山叉燒包:點心本來想叫Herbert推介的蛋黃麻蓉包,可惜餐單上沒有,就以雪山叉燒包代之吧。雪山外皮酥脆香甜,包身則鬆軟熱暖,叉燒餡兒則甜蜜噴香,肥瘦相宜,趁熱吃絕對是享受金榜醬煮大蝦:蝦肉與醬汁都是亮點,蝦肉外皮酥脆噴香,內裡則幼嫩鮮美亦有彈性;醬汁用蝦膏、椰汁、香茅等煮成,濃郁香醇,微帶辛辣,用一旁的炸饅頭蘸著醬汁吃十分美味龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯:幾乎所有食家都稱讚的菜式,也點來一試,兩人分的話一人也只是兩碗,份量不大。湯底濃郁,吃得出龍蝦湯的滋味(但不似有食家說得極之濃郁),而且湯底偏咸,喝完兩碗也蠻口渴的。飯焦趁熱吃的話焦酥依舊,而第二碗就已經泡軟了,有點可惜。印像中還是利苑的更勝一籌吧

簡單吃了幾樣,埋單也要每人HK$190,對我來說著實不算便宜。服務方面也不理想,有一個頸部有紋身的眼鏡男態度愛答不理冷冷淡淡也就罷了,還強逼TC將他碗裡的龍蝦湯添滿,理由是填滿他就可以順便將盛放龍蝦湯的大容器拿走了,雖說他的提議也無可厚非,但作為服務人員不應該尊重客人的意願嗎?

幸而食物味道還不錯,如果人數多些的話我也願意再試試其他菜式,不過兩個人吃其實不太划算,能試到的委實有限,還要忍受某些服務生的白眼。
