To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日特登去試。叫左一份蝦卷撈檬,吾知点解係蝦餅撈檬,是但!照吃!去越南店食撈檬甘多次,第一次食撈檬冇比酸汁比客自己撈,佢地自己已放入碗幾滴仔。當然要求叫佢再比汁我撈,点知比鼓汁碟甘少我。D汁又冇酸辣味,好淡。色又淡。D檬粉又好奇怪。吾好食。另一樣叫左蟹膏湯檬。叫另加雞翼$10,佢話其他撈檬或湯檬可另加野。但唯獨蟹膏檬不可加。佢解釋哩碟麵已經好多餸。我心諗,我想再食多D餸又関你事?我之後話甘另加雞翼在另一份既蝦卷撈檬。來麵後,我未張雞翼夾番比我friend碗蟹膏檬到,多舊魚!又冇飯食!
